Hello, Our names are Shane and Jackie Howard. About 2 1/2 yrs ago we decided to sell our house, because we had a 2yr old daughter and a new baby on the way. The house was perfect for us at the time we bought it, but fast became too small for our growing family!! We had contacted the realtor who we purchased our home through, but she was no longer interested in helping us. Someone recommended we call Amber Phipps and honestly not to be cliche, but it was the best phone call we could have made. From the start Amber really listened to everything we had to say and we could talk to her with ease knowing she had our best interests at heart!! We placed our home on the market and within in a matter of a few days it was sold, through it all Amber was very open, honest and my husband and I truely enjoyed working with her. Perfect Home

The thing I loved about Amber was the fact that she did not waste our time showing us homes outside of our ever changing description of what we 'thought we wanted'. She is very patient...and is great to work with because of her outgoing personality and bold sense of humor. She had what it took, and not only sold us the perfect house, but also managed to sell my old house (that I was completely attached to ) to the perfect clients that seemed to love it as much as I did.

Amber provided us with a great realtor experience; she definitely provided the service we expected and more! Amber kept us informed of new properties to the market as soon as they were listed - this gave us a real advantage in searching for our new home. She replied to e-mails quickly and provided lots of extra information about listings. Any houses we wanted to view were arranged quickly and efficiently. We found and bought our home through Amber and then listed our home for sale through Amber. Amber lined up 9 viewings on the first day of listing AND we sold our house the same day!
Amber was very efficient and great to work with; we would definitely use Amber to sell our both current home and search for our next home when the time comes to move!
